This cut of meat comes from the rib of the cow, between the loin and the shoulder. While the Ribeye is tougher than the Tenderloin, the fat content of the cut produces a juicy and tender texture. One of the best steaks we offer. They are boneless due to vacuum sealing of the package. Each steak is approximately 17.6 ounces (1.1lbs).
