A quarter cow is approximately 150lbs hanging weight. We will connect you with another family who is ordering a half/quarter and deliver the cow to a butcher of your choice. You will need to work with the other owner to select cuts and payment for butcher.
Deposit is $250. We charge $5/lbs hanging weight. If your cow weighs 188lbs, it would cost a total of $940.
