A half cow is approximately 300lbs hanging weight. We will connect you with another family who is ordering a half and deliver the cow to a butcher of your choice. You will need to work with the other owner to select cuts and payment for the butcher.
Deposit is $500. We charge $5/lbs hanging weight. If your half weighs 375lbs, it would cost a total of $1,875.
